Osteopathy at Baseline

Treatment and prevention — not just repair.

Osteopathy is a form of manual healthcare that focuses on the relationship between your body's structure and how it functions. We assess and treat nerves, muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons as a whole system — because everything is connected.

Personalised treatment, honest education and insightful guidance are the tools we use to help you manage, maintain and improve your health. No quick fixes, no endless treatment plans — just care that helps you move without limitations.

  • Arthritis & joint stiffness
  • Sports injuries & rehabilitation
